b) divergence of investment project:-Stage 1 (2016-2017): deployment to build terminals and feed water pipe network for 1 commune with a total estimate: 36.50 billion VND (equivalent to USD 1,659,091.00).-Stage 2 (2017-2018): construction of water supply pipe network for the 3 remaining Township, with total: 66.90 billion VND (equivalent to USD 3,040,909.00).

b) Investment phases of the project:
- Phase 1 (2016-2017): Deploying clue station construction and water supply pipeline network for 1 communes, with a total budget: 36.50 billion VND ( equivalent to $ 1,659,091.00).
- Phase 2 (2017-2018): to build water pipeline network for the remaining 3 communes, with a total budget: 66.90 billion VND (equivalent to 3,040 .909,00 USD).
