Điều 4: THANH TOÁN
- Sau khi hợp đồng được ký kết bên B sẽ đặt cọc trước 1.000.000.000đ (Một tỷ đồng).
- Giao hàng đợt 1 sẽ được trừ vào số tiền đặt cọc.
- Giao hàng đợt 2 và đợt 3 thanh toán đủ 100% giá trị từng lô hàng mà bên A giao cho bên B trước khi nhận hàng
- Đợt 4 sẽ trừ vào số tiền đặt cọc, số còn lại sẽ thanh toán dứt điểm chậm nhất vào ngày 31/12/2015.

- Series 4 will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder will be paid no later than the closing date of 31.12.2015 .
