Xây dựng kế hoạch phòng chống bệnh viêm gan vi rút một cách đồng bộ, lồng ghép các hoạt động phòng chống viêm gan vi rút vào các chương trình, dự án phòng chống dịch bệnh; tham mưu Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố phê duyệt kế hoạch, đề xuất bổ sung ngân sách từ địa phương và huy động nguồn kinh phí để đảm bảo thực hiện các hoạt động.
