Trực tiếp thực hiện các chế độ, chính sách tài chính, kế toán, thống kê, công tác quản lý thu chi tài chính của cơ quan Văn phòng Công ty, thực hiện thanh toán tiền lương và các chế độ khác cho Cán bộ công nhân viên khối Văn phòng theo phê duyệt của Giám đốc;
Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế theo quy định chế độ tài chính hiện hành của Nhà nước phản ánh trung thực kết quả hoạt động của Công ty;
Phân tích tình hình tài chính, cân đối nguồn vốn, công nợ.. trong Công ty và báo cáo định kỳ hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc;
Chủ trì làm việc với các cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, thanh tra tài chính;
Lập hồ sơ vay vốn trung hạn, ngắn hạn Ngân hàng. Chủ trì trong công tác giao dịch với các tổ chức tài chính có liên quan.
