Hợp đồng được lập thành bốn bản gốc, hai bản bằng tiếng Việt và hai bản bằng tiếng Anh, và văn bản của mỗi ngôn ngữ đều có giá trị ngang nhau, trừ trường hợp có sự khác biệt giữa văn bản hai ngôn ngữ thì trong trường hợp đó văn bản tiếng Việt sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng. Mỗi Bên sẽ giữ một bản gốc mỗi ngôn ngữ.
