Sau quãng thời gian tìm hiểu và nghiên cứu về lĩnh vực này thì tôi được biết du lịch và khách sạn là một trong những ngành công nghiệp lớn và phát triển nhất ở Mỹ. Đây cũng là ngành được chính phủ nước này đặc biệt đầu tư mạnh mẽ vì thế tôi chọn đây là điểm đến để tôi học tập và phát triển những kỹ năng cần thiết về ngành này. Cụ thể, tôi đã nộp đơn và được chấp nhận vào trường đại học Houston với chuyên ngành quản trị khách sạn. Trong quá trình học tại trường, tôi sẽ được hướng dẫn bởi những giảng viên có tâm huyết và được học những phương pháp học tập tiên tiến như thông qua tình huống giả lập. Ngoài ra tôi còn được đào tạo những kỹ năng mềm cần thiết của một người quản lý như kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và điều phối nhân sự, kiểm soát ngân sách và đặc biệt là kỹ năng đàm phán tốt. Không những vậy, để có thể phát triển trong lĩnh vực này bạn phải nắm bắt được xu hướng phát triển của nó; từ đó mới có được những chiến lược phù hợp với thị trường để phát triển khách sạn ngày càng tốt hơn. Tôi tin rằng với chương trình đạt chuẩn quốc tế trường đại học Houston, tôi sẽ đạt được những thành tựu nhất định để quay về Việt Nam tự tạo dựng sự nghiệp riêng cho bản thân.

After his time to learn and research on this area, I know the travel and hotel industry is one of the largest and most developed in the US. It is also the country's Government sector especially strong investment so I selected this is the destination to me learning and develop the necessary skills of the industry. Specifically, I have applied and been accepted to the University of Houston with a major in hotel management. In the process of learning at the school, I will be guided by these trainers have enthusiasm and learn the advanced learning methods such as through simulated situations. In addition I also trained the soft skills needed by a Manager as skills to plan and coordinate human, budgetary control and especially good negotiation skills. Not so, to be able to develop in this field you must grasp the development trend of it; from that get the strategies consistent with the market to develop more and better hotels. I believe that with the standard international program the University of Houston, I will achieve certain accomplishments to back Vietnam build a career for themselves.

I study at school, by the teachers and some inspiring learning method is by learning advanced scenarios in addition to training simulation. The necessary soft skills, management skills, as a design H First and the deployment of personnel, budget control, especially good negotiation skills.
