Trong thời hạn thanh toán bổ sung theo thỏa thuận của các bên, bên mua phải thanh toán cho bên bán tiền lãi theo quy định tại điểm b khoản 1 điều 12.
Trong trường hợp chấm dứt hợp đồng như quy định tại điểm a điểm b điểm c khoản 1 điều 12 của hợp đồng này, Bên bán sẽ có thông báo gửi đến cho bên mua và bên bán không có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho bên mua bất kỳ khoản tiền nào đối với việc chấm dứt hợp đồng này, đồng thời bên bán có quyền tự do chào bán và ký hợp đồng bán căn hộ trên với người khác mà không cần sự đồng ý của bên mua. Trong khoảng 30 ngày kể từ ngày chấm dứt hợp đồng, Bên bán sẽ hoàn trả lại số tiền mà bên mua đã thanh toán sau khi đã khấu trừ các khoản tiền bên mua phải trả bên bán như sau:
