Qua bảng 4.17 ta thấy 166 khách hàng cảm thấy hài lòng và 32 khách hàng cảm thấy rất hài lòng về quầy thanh toán tiền của BigC. Có 145 khách hàng cảm thấy bình thường, 21 khách không hài lòng và 6 người cảm thấy rất không hài lòng về cách thanh toán tiền ở các quầy trong siêu thị BigC.

Through table 4.17 we found 166 customers feel satisfied and 32 customers feel very satisfied about the reception of the deposit payment BigC. There are 145 customers feel normal, 21 6 customers are unhappy and feel very unhappy about how pay in the counter in the supermarket BigC.
