Tại vì thời gian thực tập có giới hạn nên tôi chỉ tìm hiểu khái quát về ngành nghề kinh doanh, lĩnh vực hoạt động và cơ cấu tổ chức của công ty ở mức tổng quát. Đặc biệt là công tác quản trị nhân sự tại công ty, tôi đã có thời gian nghiên cứu về quy trình tuyển dụng cũng như đào tạo lao động, đãi ngộ lao động của công ty
Đối với một nhân viên phụ trách công tác nhân sự tại bộ phận hành chính nhân sự thì cần phải có kiến thức về chế độ tính lương, thưởng, có sự hiểu biết về chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế,… để có thể làm hồ sơ cho nhân viên của công ty cũng như tính lương thưởng cho nhân viên
Trong thời gian thực tập em cũng hỗ trợ các anh chị trong phòng hành chính nhân sự nhưng chỉ là những công việc nhỏ, mọi cái đều được anh chị hướng dẫn trước khi làm nên em chưa được tự tin để bắt đầu một công việc như một nhân viên chính thức
Quan điểm của tôi thì sinh viên sau khi tốt nghiệp nên nộp đơn xin việc những công ty nhỏ để học hỏi kinh nghiệm một cách tổng quát, sẽ học hỏi kỹ năng cũng như kinh nghiệm thực tế. Sau đó sẽ thử sức ở những công ty lớn sẽ dễ thành công hơn trong tương lai. Đặc biệt cần cập nhật những chính sách về chế độ lương, bảo hiểm thường xuyên để áp dụng cho công ty đúng theo quy định của pháp luật
