Bình đẳng và không phân biệt đối xử

Bình đẳng và không phân biệt đối xử là một trong những nguyên tắc cơ bản của pháp luật Việt Nam cũng như trong các công ước quốc tế mà Việt Nam tham gia. Gia đình, trường học, nơi làm việc là ba môi trường thường xảy ra nhiều sự phân biệt đối xử với người trong cộng đồng LGBT nhất.
