3.Thay đổi người được ủy quyền sử dụng tài khoản của chủ tài khoản
a) Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin;
b) Giấy ủy quyền mới của chủ tài khoản cho người được uỷ quyền sử dụng tài khoản có các thông tin thể hiện người được uỷ quyền là người thuộc tổ chức hoặc Điều lệ/Cơ chế quản lý tài chính của tổ chức thể hiện các nội dung quy định về thẩm quyền sử dụng tài khoản/ký thay của người được uỷ quyền và quyết định bổ nhiệm của người được ủy quyền mới.
Trường hợp hủy bỏ hiệu lực của Giấy ủy quyền hiện tại thì trong nội dung của Giấy ủy quyền mới phải nêu rõ việc hủy bỏ hiệu lực của Giấy ủy quyền hiện tại.
c) Giấy tờ tùy thân của người được ủy quyền mới theo quy định tại Điểm b, Khoản 1, Điều 9 Quy định này.
