cuộc phỏng vấn nghiên cứu được thực hiện 2 lần. Lần thứ nhất là vào một ngày bình thường trong tuần, tôi đã phỏng vấn 10 người vào 2 thời điểm: buổi sáng và buổi tối. Lần thứ hai là vào ngày thứ 7 với 3 người.
