Những cam kết quốc tế của Việt Nam về đầu tư nước ngoài Cùng với việc xây dựng và từng bước hoàn thiện hệ thống luật pháp, chính sách về đầu tư nước ngoài, trong những năm gần đây Việt Nam đã ký kết, tham gia một số điều ước quốc tế song phương và đa phương về đầu tư nước ngoài.
Việt Nam đã ký kết Hiệp định song phương về khuyến khích và bảo hộ đầu tư với 45 nước và vùng lãnh thổ. Phạm vi điều chỉnh của các hiệp định này đều mở rộng hơn so vớ i những qui định hiện hành của Luật đầu tư nước ngoài tại Việt Nam
