Hai bên cam kết tôn trọng và thực hiện nghiêm túc các điều khoản đã nêu trong hợp đồng này. Trong quá trình thực hiện nếu gặp khó khăn, vướng mắc thì phải kịp thời thông báo cho bên kia bằng văn bản để cùng bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác thương lượng, thiện chí, vì lợi ích cả hai bên.
Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh sẽ được hai bên giải quyết bằng thương lượng, hòa giải. Trong trường hợp không giải quyết được, vấn đề sẽ được mang ra Toà án Kinh Tế để xét xử, theo trình tự tố tụng xét xử các tranh chấp trong hoạt động thương mại.

The two sides are committed to respect and implement seriously the terms stated in this agreement. In the process of implementation if having difficulties and obstacles they must promptly notify the other party in writing to discuss resolution on the spirit of cooperation, goodwill, negotiation for the benefit of both parties.Any dispute arising will be the two parties resolved by negotiation, mediation. In case not resolved, the matter will be brought to the Economic Court to trial, according to court adjudication of disputes in trade.
