Mở cửa kinh tế và hội nhập đã mang lại nhiều lợi ích cho Việt Nam nhưng đồng thời cũng khiến chúng ta phải đối mặt với nhiều nguy cơ hơn khi xảy ra biến động. Tác động của cuộc khủng hoảng này có tính hai mặt, song chủ yếu là tác động tiêu cực tới kinh tế toàn cầu cũng như của Việt Nam. Do hội nhập ngày càng sâu và rộng vào nền kinh tế thế giới nên Việt Nam cũng chịu những tác động nhất định, tuy không trực tiếp.

The economic opening and integration has brought many benefits to Vietnam but also cause us to face more danger than when it happened. The impact of this crisis has two sides, mainly the negative impact to the global economy as well as that of Vietnam. Due to the increasingly broad and deep integration into the world economy should Vietnam suffered from the impact, but not directly.
