Bên Mua cũng sẽ cung cấp cho Bên Bá

Bên Mua cũng sẽ cung cấp cho Bên Bán lịch nhận hàng cùng với số lượng hàng hóa cụ thể sẽ được nhận hàng ngày ít nhất 05 (năm) ngày trước ngày dự kiến nhận hàng do Bên Bán thông báo.
- Trong vòng 24 (hai mươi bốn) giờ kể từ khi nhận được thông báo của Bên Mua, Bên Bán sẽ phải xác nhận kế hoạch giao hàng hàng ngày với Bên Mua.
- Bên Bán sẽ xác nhận và cung cấp cho Bên Mua Số Đăng Ký cần thiết cho mỗi sà lan để có thể xuất trình khi vào cảng nhận hàng.
- Bên Mua phải thông báo ngay cho Bên Bán nếu có bất kỳ thay đổi nào đối với kế hoạch nhận hàng đã được xác nhận. Bên Bán sẽ cố gắng hết sức (nhưng không ràng buộc) thu xếp nhằm đáp ứng việc thay đổi của Bên Mua.
- Trong trường hợp Bên Bán đã thông báo lịch giao hàng cụ thể nhưng Bên Mua không sắp xếp được phương tiện nhận hàng từ tàu dẫn đến việc hàng hóa phải lưu kho để giải phóng tàu thì Bên mua phải chịu các chi phí phát sinh như: vận chuyển hàng vào kho, phí lưu kho, phí giao hàng từ kho lên phương tiện Bên mua…….
