- Xây dựng các mô hình trồng trọt, chăn nuôi, thủy sản.....
- Hỗ trợ thành lập mạng lưới khuyến nông viên và cán bộ thú y thôn
- Tập huấn nâng cao năng lực cho cán bộ khuyến nông và thú ý thôn,xã
- Tập huấn kỹ thuật cho người dân (theo phương pháp FFS)
- Thành lập Ban phát triển thôn và tập huấn nâng cao năng lực
- Thành lập các nhóm nông dân nồng cốt/nhóm sở thích và hỗ trợ các nhóm duy trì hoạt động
- Lựa chọn một số cây trồng/vật nuôi có hiệu quả để hỗ trợ phát triển chuỗi giá trị
- Khuyến khích các doanh nghiệp tham gia chương trình nhằm hỗ trợ tiêu thụ sản phẩm cho nông dân.
- Cải tạo/xây dựng kênh mương, đường nội đồng và đường liên gia...
- Thành lập các tổ tiết kiệm và hỗ trợ tín dụng tiết kiệm cho phụ nữ (nếu có thể)
