Căn cứ vào Hợp đồng Mua Bán Căn hộ Chung Cư số [*] được ký giữa Công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Bình Thiên An (“Bên Bán”) và Bên Mua vào ngày [*] tháng [*] năm [*] (“Hợp đồng”), chúng tôi trân trọng kính mời Quý Khách hàng đến nhận bàn giao căn hộ [*] tầng [*] tháp [*] Khu B, Dự án Đảo Kim Cương theo thời gian và địa điểm dưới đây:
Thời gian: trong vòng [07 (bảy)] ngày kể từ ngày nhận được Thông báo này (xác định theo Điều 16.3 của Hợp đồng)
Địa điểm: Khu dân cư phức hợp Đảo Kim Cương, số 1 Đường số 104-BTT, Khu phố 3, Phường Bình Trưng Tây, Quận 2, Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh
1. Số tiền thanh toán
Căn cứ vào quy định tại Điều 2, Điều 8.1 và Phụ Lục 2 của Hợp đồng, Quý Khách hàng có nghĩa vụ thanh toán số tiền là: [*] VNĐ (bằng chữ: [*]). Trong đó:
1. [*] đồng: là khoản tiền phải trả theo tiến độ thanh toán Giá bán Căn Hộ.
2. [*] đồng: là thuế GTGT tương ứng của khoản tiền phải trả theo tiến độ thanh toán Giá bán Căn hộ.
3. [*] đồng: là kinh phí bảo trì các công trình tiện ích chung.
4. [*] đồng: là Phí quản lý hàng tháng cho tháng đầu tiên.
5. [*] đồng: là khoản Phí và Lệ phí (nếu có).
6. [*] đồng: là khoản tiền khác (nếu có).
7. [*] đồng: là các khoản Bên Mua được khấu trừ (nếu có).
 
2. Thời hạn thanh toán:
Thời hạn thanh toán: trong vòng [*] kể từ ngày nhận được Thông báo này nhưng không chậm hơn ngày Quý Khách hàng đến nhận bàn giao trên thực tế.
Trường hợp Quý Khách hàng chậm thanh toán theo tiến độ quy định tại Hợp đồng và/hoặc theo thời hạn được đề cập tại thông báo của chúng tôi vào từng thời điểm, Quý Khách hàng phải trả lãi suất cho khoản chậm thanh toán theo đúng quy định tại Hợp đồng và chúng tôi sẽ có các quyền khác theo quy định của Hợp Đồng (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc từ chối bàn giao Căn hộ).
3. Hình thức thanh toán:
Quý Khách hàng có thể thanh toán qua hình thức chuyển khoản qua ngân hàng hoặc nộp tiền vào tài khoản ngân hàng theo số tài khoản dưới đây:

4. Lưu ý
Để xác nhận ngày nhận bàn giao Căn hộ cụ thể, ngày Quý Khách hàng vui lòng liên hệ với nhân viên kinh doanh của chúng tôi là Ms/Mr … (số điện thoại: … hoặc email: …) trước ít nhất 02 ngày để thực hiện công tác chuẩn bị, tiếp đón được chu đáo. Khi đến nhận bàn giao, ngày Quý Khách hàng vui lòng mang theo các giấy tờ sau:
1. Thông báo nhận bàn giao căn hộ này;
2. Bản chính Chứng minh nhân dân;
3. Bản gốc Văn bản ủy quyền có công chứng/chứng thực và một (01) bản sao y CMND của người được ủy quyền. (Trong trường hợp ủy quyền cho người khác đi nhận bàn giao thay).
Nếu quá thời hạn bàn giao nêu trên và không có bất kỳ thỏa thuận chính thức nào khác giữa Quý Khách hàng với Công ty trong thời gian đó, Căn hộ sẽ được xem như đã hoàn tất việc bàn giao theo quy định tại Điều 8.4 của Hợp đồng.
