Với mỗi đơn hàng Bên A đặt cọc trước 50% giá trị đơn hàng. Còn lại 50%+ Thuế GTGT 10% cuối mỗi tháng hai bên cùng đối chiếu xác nhận công nợ, Bên B xuất hoá đơn đỏ gửi Bên A thanh toán chậm nhất vào ngày 10 của tháng tiếp theo.
