Định kỳ Kế toán tài sản cố định tiến hành lập Kế hoạch kiểm kê trình Kế toán trưởng kiểm tra và trình Ban giám đốc phê duyệt kế hoạch kiểm kê. Công tác kiểm kê định kỳ mỗi năm một lần hoặc theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc. Việc kiểm kê phải có đầy đủ sự tham gia của Kế toán, bộ phận sử dụng và ký xác nhận kết quả trên Biên bản kiểm kê. Trình Kế toán trưởng và BGĐ kết quả kiểm kê. Nhận phương án xử lý kết quả kiểm kê và điều chỉnh sổ sách nếu có.
