3.2.1 Cung cấp thông tin
 Toàn bộ thông tin được coi là liên quan đến dự án sẽ được cung cấp cho nhóm Tư vấn thực hiện dự án một cách đầy đủ và kịp thời.
 Nhóm dự án của EY sẽ chỉ gửi và nhận thông tin từ nhóm dự án của HT

3.2.2 Rà soát và phản hồi tiến độ dự án
 Nhóm dự án của EY sẽ gửi báo cáo cập nhật tiến độ vào chiều thứ Năm hằng tuần
 Sáng Thứ Hai hàng tuần, nhóm dự án của HT sẽ gửi cho EY cập nhật tiến độ các hạng mục công việc đã được thực hiện nội bộ trong tuần (theo yêu cầu trong Báo cáo tiến độ của tuần trước đó từ EY)

3.2.3 Rà soát và phản hồi về sản phẩm tư vấn
 Mỗi khi EY gửi tài liệu bản thảo cần ý kiến đóng góp của HT, Nhóm dự án của HT sẽ gửi đến các thành viên liên quan và chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo thu thập ý kiến phản hồi cho EY.
 Nếu sau thời gian là mười (10) ngày làm việc mà không nhận được ý kiến phản hồi từ Quý Công ty thì chúng tôi mặc định rằng phạm vi công việc đề ra đã được hoàn thành và trách nhiệm của Ernst & Young đã hoàn thành theo đề xuất này.
 Các báo cáo tư vấn của EY sẽ giới hạn ở hai (02) bản thảo để tiếp nhận ý kiến phản hồi đầy đủ của HT, và được xem như là sản phẩm trình bày. Báo cáo tư vấn phiên bản thứ ba (03) sẽ được xem là phiên bản nghiệm thu cuối cùng khi đã được thống nhất với Hưng Trí.
 Quý Công ty chịu trách nhiệm và đưa ra quyết định cho các hoạt động về quản lý thay đổi, truyền thông và đào tạo trong dự án.
