- Bộ Công Thương luôn theo dõi và ghi nhận lệnh cấm vận, luật trừng phạt tài chính của Mỹ đối với I-ran cũng như những diễn biến mới trong Thỏa thuận hạt nhân đạt được giữa I-ran và nhóm P5+1.
- Đề nghị phía Hoa Kỳ cập nhật tình hình triển khai và thời gian thực hiện các hoạt động gỡ bỏ lệnh trừng phạt với I-ran như theo nội dung của JCPOA;
- Khẳng định Việt Nam tuân thủ nghiêm túc các Nghị quyết của Liên hiệp quốc về vấn đề I-ran, trong đó có Nghị quyết 1929 (2010); luôn bảo đảm các hoạt động thương mại với các đối tác, trong đó có I-ran, theo đúng luật quốc gia và thông lệ quốc tế, không có các giao dịch vi phạm Nghị quyết của Liên hiệp quốc. Bộ Công Thương đã thông báo cho các doanh nghiệp về nội dung Nghị quyết 1929 và yêu cầu các doanh nghiệp lưu ý, tuân thủ Nghị quyết.
- Trong thời gian qua, các giao dịch thương mại giữa Việt Nam và I-ran là giao dịch bình thường giữa các quốc gia, phục vụ mục đích dân sinh, không vi phạm Nghị quyết của Liên hiệp quốc. Hàng xuất khẩu của Việt Nam sang I-ran là các mặt hàng như nông sản, thực phẩm, hàng tiêu dùng; hàng nhập khẩu từ I-ran là hóa chất, phân bón, chất dẻo (không có dầu thô xăng dầu). Các thông tin thương mại giữa Việt Nam và các nước trên thế giới được công bố công khai trên trang web của Tổng cục Hải quan

-Industry has always watched and noted the embargo, u.s. financial sanctions law for I-ran as well as the new developments in the nuclear agreement reached between I-ran and the Group of P5 + 1. -The proposal of the United States update their implementation and duration of the operations to remove sanctions with I-ran as according to the content of JCPOA; -Vietnam confirms adhered to UN resolutions on the issue I-ran, including the resolution 1929 (2010); always ensure commercial activities with partners, including I-ran, according to national law and international practices, no transactions in violation of UN resolutions. Ministry of industry and trade has announced for businesses about the content of resolution 1929 and ask the business note, in compliance with the resolution. -In the past, the commercial transaction between Vietnam and I-ran is the normal transactions between countries, serves the purpose of population born, not in violation of UN resolutions. Vietnam's exports to the I-ran is the items such as agricultural products, food, consumer goods; imports from I-ran is chemicals, fertilizers, plastics (no crude oil).
