Bên bán chậm bàn giao nhà cho bên mua
trong trường hợp ngày bàn giao căn hộ thực tế sau 45 ngày kể từ ngày áp dụng lãi suất quá hạn thì bên mua có quyền xem xét tiếp tục thực hiện hợp đồng với thỏa thuận bổ sung về thời điểm bàn giao căn hộ mới hoặc đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng bằng thông báo gửi cho bên mua.
TRong thời hạn gia hạn nghĩa vụ bàn giao căn hộ theo thỏa thuận của các bên, bên bán phải thanh toán cho bên mua tiền lãi theo quy định
TRong trường hợp bên mua đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng theo quy định tại điểm b khoản này, Bên bán phải hoàn trả lại cho bên mua số tiền bao gồm:
Toàn bộ số tiền bên mua đã thanh toán
Khoản tiền phạt và bồi thường thiệt hại là 10% tổng giá trị hợp đồng (chưa thuế)
Tiền lãi theo lãi suất quá hạn mà bên mua đã trả cho bên bán

The seller later handed over to the buyer the
date of delivery in case of actual apartments after 45 days overdue interest rate, the purchaser has the right to continue to review the contract with additional agreement time of handing over new apartment or unilaterally terminate the contract by notice sent to the buyer.
Within renew apartment handover obligations as agreed by the parties, the seller must pay the buyer interest as prescribed
in case the buyer to unilaterally terminate the contract as specified in this paragraph b, the seller shall refund to the purchaser the amount includes:
the entire amount of the buyer has paid
the fine and paragraph to pay damages of 10% of total contract value (excluding VAT)
interest overdue interest rate that the buyer has paid the seller
