Như đã phân tích ở trên, Nguyen Law dang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn trong việc quản lý nhân viên, tiến độ công việc cũng như chất lượng công việc của nhân viên. Thông thường khi có khách hàng yêu cầu dịch vụ, Luật sư thụ lý hồ sơ sẽ tiếp nhận hồ sơ của khách hàng bao gồm: các tài liệu, hồ sơ khách hàng cung cấp (chứng cứ), yêu cầu của khách hàng liên quan tới vụ việc, đồng thời luật sư cũng tư vấn sơ bộ cho khách hàng về phương hướng, trình tự giải quyết vụ việc. Sau khi thụ lý hồ sơ, luật sư sẽ hen khách hàng thời gian trả lời cụ thể về cách thức, thời gian xử lý vụ việc và giá dịch vụ. Nếu khách hàng đồng ý thì sẽ tiến hành ký hợp đồng dịch vụ với Công ty. Quá trình tiếp nhận thông tin, xử lý và trả lời và ký hợp đồng với khách hàng kéo dài 2-3 ngày do luật sư phải xắp xếp, nghiên cứu hồ sơ và đề xuất hướng giải quyết để Giám đốc Công ty phê duyệt. Trong nhiều trường hợp không thể quản lý được thời gian luật sư phản hồi cho khách hàng, nhiều trường hợp do phản hồi chậm nên khách hàng đã sử dụng dịch vụ của Công ty khác.

After accepting the records, lawyers will hen customers time specific answers on how the processing time, and the price of the service. If the customer agrees, it will proceed to sign the service contract with the company. The process of receiving information, handle and respond to and signed a contract with customers that lasts 2-3 days due to lawyer arranges, records research and propose solutions to the Director for approval.
