Hơn thế, Việt Nam đang chuyển mạnh sang nền kinh tế thị trường, đồng thời từng bước chủ động hội nhập kinh tế khu vực và quốc tế. Việt Nam đã ký hiệp định thương mại Việt - Mỹ, là thành viên ASEAN, APEC và đã trở thành thành viên thứ 150 của WTO vào cuối năm 2006. Trong điều kiện đó, cạnh tranh sẽ ngày càng gia tăng cả về quy mô và mức độ. Nhà nước buộc các ngành phải xây dựng lộ trình hội nhập để thích nghi với môi trường cạnh tranh trên phạm vi quốc tế. Trong điều kiện đó, các doanh nghiệp phải tái cấu trúc, đổi mới công nghệ, sản phẩm dịch vụ, thay đổi tư duy kinh doanh, hướng tới khách hàng thì mới có thể tồn tại và phát triển.

In terms of that, businesses are restructuring, technological innovation, product, service, business thinking changes, towards a new customer can survive and grow.
