Hiện nay tại PJICO có các phương pháp dùng để đánh giá hiệu quả công tác đào tạo đó là:
- Quản lý phần mềm thống kê đào tạo: Trong quá trình đào tạo, người được đào tạo sẽ được điểm danh rồi lưu vào phần mềm này,từ đó có thể đánh giá được số lượng người và số lượt người được đi đào tạo, nội dung, các khoá đào tạo. Thông qua đó có thể so sánh thực tế thực hiện với chương trình đề ra.
- Dựa vào các bài kiểm tra, sát hạch và các báo cáo kết quả học tập của đối tượng đào tạo.
