Hai Van Quan còn có tên khác là của ải Hải Vân, nằm trên đỉnh đèo Hai Van, là ranh giới giữa Đa Nang va Hue.

Của ải này được xây dựng vào thời nhà Trân, sửa chữa vào thời vua Minh Mạng (nhà Nguyễn).

Hai Van Quan được xây bằng gạch màu đỏ, chiều cao khoảng 6m, bên dưới có một cổng lớn, bên trên là một tầng có cửa sổ để quan sát.
