Trong 11 tháng đầu năm 2014, xuất khẩu sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp của Việt Nam đạt 106,1 triệu USD, chiếm 5,9% tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu sản phẩm nhựa các loại. So với cùng kỳ 2013, kim ngạch xuất khẩu chủng loại sản phẩm nhựa này tăng 19,9%. Nhật Bản và Mỹ là 2 thị trường nhập khẩu nhiều nhất sản phẩm nhựa này trong 11 tháng đầu năm.

Mặc dù kim ngạch xuất khẩu sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp tới thị trường Nhật bản giảm nhẹ trong 11 tháng đầu năm nhưng đây vẫn là thị trường nhập khẩu lớn nhất sản phẩm này của Việt Nam trong 11 tháng đầu năm 2014, với kim ngạch đạt 58,36 triệu USD, chiếm 55,0% tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu các sản phẩm nhựa này của Việt Nam. So với kim ngạch xuất khẩu cùng kỳ năm 2013, kim ngạch xuất khẩu các sản phẩm nhựa này tới Nhật Bản giảm 3,1%. Dự báo trong 3 tháng cuối năm 2014, xuất khẩu sản phẩm nhựa này tới Mỹ tiếp tục tăng trưởng mạnh.

Mỹ là thị trường nhập khẩu lớn thứ 2 đối với sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp trong 11 tháng đầu năm với kim ngạch tăng mạnh. Kim ngạch xuất khẩu các sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp tới thị trường này đạt 10,6 triệu USD, chiếm 10,0% tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu các sản phẩm nhựa này. Xuất khẩu sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp tới thị trường Mỹ tăng rất mạnh 87,1% so với cùng kỳ năm 2013. Trong thời tới, Mỹ tiếp tục là một trong số các thị trường nhập khẩu lớn nhất sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp của nước ta.

In the first 11 months of year 2014, export of plastic products industry of Vietnam reached 106.1 million, accounting for 5.9 percent of the total exports of plastic products of all kinds. Over the same period to 2013, exports of plastic products increased 19.9%. Japan and the United States of America is the largest import markets 2 plastic products in the first 11 months of the year.Although exports of industrial products to the Japanese market fell slightly in the first 11 months of the year but it is still the largest import market of products of Vietnam in the first 11 months of year 2014, with turnover reaching 58.36 million, accounted for 55.0% of the total export turnover of Vietnam to this plastic. Compared to turnover in the same period in 2013, exports of plastic products to Japan fell 3.1 percent. The forecast in last December 2014, this plastic product exports to the US continued strong growth.America's second largest import market for industrial plastic products in the first 11 months of the year with strong growth. Exports of industrial plastic products to this market reached 10.6 million, accounting for 10.0% of total turnover in this plastic products. Industrial plastics products exports to the u.s. market rose very sharply 87.1% compared to same period in 2013.
