Sau khi xem xét, thỏa thuận hai bên đã đi đến thống nhất ký Phụ Lục Hợp Đồng Hợp Tác đã thỏa thuận ngày 27 tháng 10 năm 2014 như sau:

1. Bên B sẽ ghi hình và quảng bá cho bên A nhưng không có MC trực tiếp giới thiệu
2. Bên A sẽ đáp ứng cho bên B 4 phòng sup và 13 xuất ăn sáng

3. Điều khoản chung

- Bản Phụ Lục này sẽ có giá trị kèm theo giống như điều kiện trong Bản Hợp Đồng ngày 20 tháng 10 năm 2014 giữa hai bên đưa ra
- Bản Phụ Lục sẽ được in ra làm 2 và mỗi bên giữ 1 bản (có giá trị ngang nhau)
