12. Phối hợp xử lý trường hợp có báo cháy, hoả hoạn.
Trong trường hợp có báo cháy, CBNV Tòa nhà luôn phải giữ bình tĩnh để tiến hành các bước thực hiện & phối hợp trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, nhằm đảm bảo an toàn tính mạng của bản thân & của Cư dân, đảm bảo an toàn tài sản của Khách thuê & Tòa nhà, giảm thiểu thiệt hại.
1. Ấn nút chuông báo cháy nơi gần nhất
2. Gọi Hotline Tòa nhà: 0966 805 814, hoặc Tổng đài qua số 04. 3936 5517, thông báo thông tin chi tiết có thể: Tên, vị trí sự việc và nơi xảy ra cháy.
3. Thông báo cho những người xung quanh
4. Sử dụng ngay bình cứu hỏa nơi gần nhất (tại các tủ chữa cháy vách tường hành lang tầng, các khu vực trong tầng hầm, cũng như các bình chữa cháy xe đẩy cơ động 35Kg.
5. Nếu đám cháy không thể kiểm soát nổi, hãy sơ tán bằng thang thoát hiểm nơi gần nhất đến điểm tập kết đã quy định (Tạm thời) tại vỉa hè mặt tiền xung quanh Tòa nhà, và khu vực đối diện.

Phối hợp các Phòng Ban trong PCCC
Khi tiếp nhận thông tin, hoặc được cảnh báo từ hệ thống tại Phòng ĐKTT, Nhân viên trực Hotline/ trực Phòng ĐKTT tiến hành kiểm tra vị trí báo sự cố trên màn hình hệ thống PCCC;
Thông báo qua bộ đàm yêu cầu An ninh & Kỹ thuật vận hành tiến hành kiểm tra tại vị trí báo cháy & báo cáo lại kết quả.
Đồng thời, nhân viên trực Phòng ĐKTT kiểm tra nội dung hình ảnh qua hệ thống Camera giám sát, kịp thời phát hiện nguyên nhân, nguy cơ… và thông báo cho đồng nghiệp ứng cứu hoặc có biện pháp tiếp cận hiệu quả nhất.
Nếu là báo cháy trong văn phòng, nhưng không liên hệ được, kiểm tra việc có thể tiếp cận văn phòng khẩn cấp, phối hợp giữa An ninh & Kỹ thuật để vào văn phòng - đảm bảo an toàn khi tiếp cận.
Lập biên bản sự việc, ghi rõ nội dung kiểm tra, kết quả kiểm tra, thực tế liên hệ Đại diện của Khách thuê, Đại diện các Phòng Ban ký xác nhận.
Trong trường họp xảy ra cháy, tiến hành các biện pháp chữa cháy tại chỗ một cách nhanh chóng & kiềm chế hỏa hoạn ngay từ thời khắc ban đầu. Phối hợp với các vị trí, Phòng/ Ban liên quan, và theo sự chỉ đạo của BCH PCCC.
