Trong trường việc chuyển nhượng bắt

Trong trường việc chuyển nhượng bắt buộc được thực hiện theo quy định của Bộ luật tố tụng hình sự, Điều 21, hoặc các quy định khác của cùng Bộ luật, TRUSTshop sẽ không có nghĩa vụ bảo mật theo khoản 30.1 trong phạm vi pháp luật quy định.
