17.7. During the time that they do not have the ability to perform the services as a result of a force majeure event, follow the instructions of the client, the consultant will:(a) be suspended, in which case the advice will be reimbursed the costs incurred for reasonable and necessary, and, if the owner requests in the recovery process, service or activity(b) continue the services to the extent reasonably possible, in this case the advice will continue to be paid according to the terms of this agreement and be reimbursed for the costs incurred for reasonable and necessary.

17.7. While they do not have the ability to perform the services as a result of an event of force majeure, in accordance with the instructions of the investor, the consultant will:
(a) may suspend, in case this consultant will be reimbursed the costs incurred are reasonable and necessary, and, if requested by investors during the recovery operation of the service, or
(b) to continue the service within reasonably possible, in which case the Consultant shall continue to be paid under the terms of this contract and be reimbursed for the costs incurred are reasonable and necessary.
