Báo cáo nhận được các ý kiến góp ý quý báu từ các chuyên gia của Citie Alliance và Cục phát triển đô thị.
Mục đích của công việc được giao là để điều tra, cập nhật dữ liệu, phân tích toàn diện và đánh giá thực trạng phát triển đô thị làm cơ sở đáng tin cậy cho hoạch định chính sách và xây dựng chiến lược phát triển đô thị Việt Nam. Điều này cũng sẽ tạo điều kiện tốt hơn cho việc dự báo về nhu cầu nhà ở, nhu cầu đất đai đô thị, gắn liền với việc cung cấp các cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật và xã hội, do đó cải thiện hiệu quả đầu tư và đáp ứng một cách tốt hơn các nhu cầu về dịch vụ đô thị nâng cao mức sống của người dân đô thị.

Results (English) 1:

The report received valuable feedback from experts of the Citie Alliance and urban development Bureau.The purpose of the assignment is to investigate, updated data, comprehensive analysis and assessment of the State of urban development as the basis for reliable planning and building policy of urban development strategy of Vietnam. This will also create better conditions for the prediction of housing demand, urban land demand, associated with the provision of technical infrastructure and society, thus improving the efficiency of investment and better meet the demand for urban services raise the standard of living of the inhabitants of the municipality.

Reports received valuable comments from the experts of the Citie Alliance and Urban Development Department.
The aim of the work assigned to investigate, updated data, comprehensive analysis and assessment of the state urban development credible basis for policy making and strategy formulation for urban development in Vietnam. This will also create better conditions for the forecasting of demand for housing, urban land needs, associated with the provision of technical infrastructure and society, thus improving the efficiency of investment and better respond to the needs of urban services to improve living standards of urban residents.
