Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu bài viết của Trợ lý pháp luật Hoàng Phước và Luật sư Dương Tiếng Thu với tiêu đề “Thực tập tại Việt Nam- Cánh cửa hẹp cho người nước ngoài”. Mở đầu là một ví dụ thực tế, chúng tôi sẽ đi vào phân tích và thảo luận một số vấn đề liên quan đến hai quan điểm khác nhau trong một số quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam về các trường hợp được nhận thực tập sinh NNN và các thủ tục xin phép có liên quan. Thông qua đó, bài viết sẽ đặt ra câu hỏi cần lời giải đáp nhằm giúp các doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam có thể giải quyết linh hoạt cho các tình huống như ví dụ trên.
