nội dung cuộc đua thuyền buồm quốc tế Hong Kong Nha Trang
căn cứ trên chuyến khảo sát Nha Trang tháng 6/2015 về cơ sở hạ tầng và kinh nghiệm tổ chức các cuộc đua Hong Kong Nha Trang trước đây, câu lạc bộ thuyền buồm hoàng gia hong kong, saigontourist và saigon marina dự kiến tổ chức cuộc đua thuyền buồm quốc tế Hong Kong Nha trang như sau
địa điểm và thời gian dự kiến tổ chức cuộc đua:
a. Địa điểm: từ Hong Kong đến nha Trang
Địa điểm xuất phát: bến du thuyền câu lạc bộ thuyền buồm hoàng gia Hong Kong, vịnh Victoria, Hong Kong
Điểm đích đến: vùng có tọa độ thuộc vịnh NT, giới hạn bởi thuyền của ban tổ chức và phao luồng số 1 (màu xanh)
Thời gian (dự kiến) 15/10-21/10/2015
2. Các thành viên tham dự cuộc đua thuyền buồm:
các khách quốc tế và khách mời trong nước
dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 250 khách mời trong nước và quốc tế tham dự cuộc đua thuyền buồm trên, bao gồm các vận động viên (thủy thủ đoàn), các chủ thuyền buồm, các đại diện của một số cơ quan quản lý trung ương và địa phương, các phóng viên của một số báo và đài truyền hình (HTV,KTV,VTV)
Quốc tịch khách
Do đây là cuộc đua quốc tế, vì vậy các thành viên tham dự cuộc đua và các cổ động viên sẽ mang nhiều quốc tịch khác nhau như Hong Kong, Úc, Châu Âu, Mỹ, Singapore và các quốc tịch khác.
Tất cả các vận động viên nước ngoài sẽ lấy visa xuất nhập cảnh Việt Nam theo như quy định khi tham gia cuộc đua Hong Kong Nha Trang 2015.
Các loại thuyền buồm và phương tiện tham dự cuộc đua
Dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 15-20 thuyền buồm thuộc các nước trên thế giới tham gia
Các thuyền buồm bao gồm 2 loại chính:
Loại Keeboat I với chiều dài 8m-40m chạy tốc độ cao
Loại Keeboat II với chiều dài 8m-40m chạy tốc độ vừa
Các thuyền buồm đều được trang bị các thiết bị thông tin liên lạc VHF và SSB. Đa số còn có them máy fax, email , internet và điện thoại vệ tinh
Các thuyền buồm đều có tên và số đăng kí (trên cánh buồm). Các chi tiết này sẽ được ban tổ chức cuộc đua thu thập và chuyển đến các cơ quan chức năng có liên quan.Ngoài ra mỗi thuyề buồm đều có tre logo của nhà tài trợ chính cho cuộc đua, lá cờ của câu lạc bộ thuyền buồm hoàng gia Hong Kong và lá cờ Việt Nam (khi vào đến hải phận Việt Nam)
Sẽ không có tàu hộ tống đoàn thuyền buồm từ Hong Kong đến Nha Trang. Trong quá trình đua, các thuyền sẽ được yêu cầu hỗ trợ nhau khi có sự cố xảy ra.

Since this is a national race health, so the race participants and supporters will bring many different nationalities as Hong Kong, Australia, Europe, America, Singapore and other nationalities.
All foreign athletes Immigration visa Vietnam as stipulated entering Hong Kong Nha Trang race 2015.
The types of sailboats and media attending the race
is expected to have about 15-20 sailing of the participating countries Date
The yacht includes two main types:
Type I Keeboat 8m-40m length at high speed
Keeboat Type II with 8m-40m length medium speed run
The yacht is equipped with the communication devices VHF and SSB. Most also have added fax, email, internet and satellite phone
The yacht has a name and register number (on the sail). These details will be race organizers collected and transmitted to the relevant authorities in each NOTES quan.Ngoai bamboo sails are the main sponsor's logo for the race, the club flag boat Sail Royal Hong Kong and Vietnam flag (as in Vietnam to waters)
There will be no delegation corvettes sailing from Hong Kong to Nha Trang. During the race, the boat will be required to support each other when problems occur.
