Phòng chủ trì gửi dự thảo hợp đồng đến các phòng tham gia kèm theo phiếu góp ý.
Phòng tham gia có trách nhiệm xem xét và có ý kiến về dự thảo hợp đồng. Những ý kiến góp ý phải được thể hiện trên phiếu góp ý.
Dự thảo hợp đồng và phiếu góp ý đã có ý kiến được gửi lại cho phòng chủ trì. Phòng chủ trì có trách nhiệm chỉnh sửa dự thảo hợp đồng theo các ý kiến góp ý của các phòng tham gia.
Tổng Giám đốc trực tiếp ký kết hợp đồng với nhà thầu trúng thầu trên cơ sở quyết định phê duyệt kết quả đấu thầu, biên bản thương thảo hợp đồng và các cam kết bổ sung khác (nếu có).
Phòng chủ trì gửi thư mời ký kết hợp đồng cho nhà thầu trúng thầu (BM/DA-04-17).

Results (English) 1:

The room host sent the draft of the contract to join the rooms attached to the comment. Rooms involved have a responsibility to review and comments on the draft contract. These comments must be made on the comment. The draft contract and the comment has had comments sent back to the room. Rooms chaired draft contract sent to the room involved with comment cards.
rooms involved have the responsibility to consider and comment on the draft contract. These comments must be indicated on comment cards.
The draft contract and the comment cards had opinions are sent back to room chair. Chamber responsible chaired edit the draft contract following the comments of the participating rooms.
CEO directly contracting with the winning bidder on the basis of the decision to approve the bidding results, contract negotiation records and other additional commitments (if any).
Rooms chaired invitation letters signed contract for the winning bidder (BM / DA-04-17).
