Hướng dẫn nhập hộ chọn bảng kê:
Bước 1: Các điều tra viên rà soát danh sách hộ trong bảng kê với trưởng thôn.

- Rà soát danh sách hộ của thôn như trong file, nếu sai sửa;
- Rà soát số nhân khẩu của từng hộ trong file, nếu sai sửa;
- Rà soát danh sách hộ nghèo, cận nghèo, không nghèo của thôn, nếu sai sửa;
- Rà soát đối tượng trẻ em 0-5 tuổi, 11-15 của các hộ trong danh sách;
Bước 2: Nhập số trẻ em của các hộ vào cột (d) và cột (e)
Lưu ý đặc biệt: đối với Cột (d) và Cột (e) nếu hộ không có trẻ em từ 0-5 tuổi hoặc từ 11-15 tuổi thì để trống, không được nhập số 0-nếu nhập số 0 sẽ bị chọn sai hộ. Không được nhập gì vào các Cột từ (k) đến Cột ((q) vì các cột này đã đặt công thức.
