cả EVFTA và TPP đều có những chương quy định về Luật SỞ hữu trí tuệ, điều này nói lên được tầm quan trọng của việc bảo vệ quyền sở hũu trí tuệ trong luật chơi quốc tế. Với tư cách là thành viên của 2 hiệp định này, Pháp luật Việt Nam buộc phải tuân thủ theo các quy định nghiêm ngặt về quyền sở hữu trí tuệ mà mình đã đặt bút ký. TUy nhiên, khó có thể nói rằng các quy định của pháp luật sở hữu trí tuệ việt nam đã hoàn toàn tương thích với các quy định tương ứng trong 2 hiệp định thương mại nói trên.

both the EVFTA and the TPP has the rules of the law on intellectual property, this refers to the importance of the protection of intellectual ownership law in international play. As a member of this agreement, the law forced Vietnam to comply with strict regulations about intellectual property rights that he had put pen to sign. However, it is hard to say that the provisions of the law of intellectual property of Vietnam was completely compatible with the corresponding provisions of the two aforementioned trade agreement.
