The company regularly plan and conduct the monitoring, measurement, analysis and continuous improvement processes in quality management system, in order to:
- Ensure operations done properly defined and there high quality;
- ensuring the conformity of the quality management system; and
- Constantly improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The company uses the results from the operation of internal quality assessment, the survey results of customer satisfaction and the statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, based on which the proposed corrective actions, preventive and necessary improvements
