Sau ngày ký Hợp đồng này, nếu có bất kỳ thay đổi trong Luật áp dụng liên quan tới các loại thuế làm tăng hoặc giảm chi phí của dịch vụ mà Tư vấn cung cấp, thì thù lao và các khoản chi phí hoàn trả phải trả cho Tư vấn theo Hợp đồng này sẽ được tăng hoặc giảm tương ứng theo thỏa thuận giữa các Bên về điều này, và các điều chỉnh tương ứng sẽ được thực hiện cho các khoản tiền được nhắc đến tại Điều 41.1 Quy định chung.

Results (English) 1:

After the date of this contract, if there are any changes in the applicable laws relating to the taxes which increase or reduce the costs of services which provide counselling, the remuneration and expenses reimbursement payable to counsel under this contract shall be increased or decreased respectively by agreement between the parties of this , and the corresponding adjustment shall be made for the sums referred to in article 41.1 General provisions.

Results (English) 2:

After signing this contract, if there is any change in the applicable law relating to the taxes which increase or reduce the cost of services provided by the Consultant, the remuneration and reimbursement of expenses paid for Consultants under this contract shall be increased or decreased respectively by agreement between the parties on this, and the corresponding adjustment will be made to the amounts referred to in Article 41.1 General provisions.
