(13) Khi phương tiện sửa chữa, đi hợp đồng ngoài hoặc gặp sự cố đột xuất trong thời gian hợp đồng còn hiệu lực, thì bên B và bên C phải tự bố trí xe thay thế, không để công nhân không có xe đưa rước. Yêu cầu bố trí xe thay thế phải có chất lượng tương đương xe đang đăng ký trong hợp đồng này và phải báo trước ít nhất là 01 ngày cho bên A về việc bố trí xe thay thế (trừ trường hợp xe hư đột xuất phải báo ngay cho bên A). Nếu không báo trước và không được sự đồng ý của phòng điều hành mà tự ý đổi xe không đảm bảo chât lượng và không đủ số ghế theo hợp đông thì phải bồi thường chi phí thiệt phái sinh cho bên A. Không
được tự ý bỏ tài chuyến, hay hoạt động tuyến đường không đúng với hành trình đã ký trong hợp đồng. (nếu vi phạm bên A có quyền xử lý theo nội qui khai thác đưa rước công nhân )
