Đối với Hợp đồng theo đơn giá (theo thời gian) và nếu công việc bổ sung được yêu cầu vượt quá phạm vi của dịch vụ quy định tại Phụ lục A, dự kiến thời gian tham gia đối với nhân sự chủ chốt có thể tăng lên theo thỏa thuận bằng văn bản giữa các chủ đầu tư và Tư vấn. Trong trường hợp thanh toán theo Hợp đồng này vượt quá mức trần được quy định tại khoản 41,1 Điều kiện chung, các bên sẽ ký vào một bản sửa đổi hợp đồng.

In case of payment under this agreement exceed the limit specified in paragraph 41.1 General conditions, the parties will sign a contract revisions.
