 Khâu marketing còn yếu. Trên toàn hệ thống Ngân hàng thì VIB có hoạt động marketing vô cùng lớn mạnh. Nhưng, tại VIB Tân phú thì việc quảng bá, địa bàn hoạt động rộng nhưng chưa thật sự rõ nét tại chính khu vực mình ở. Hầu hết các tờ rơi, bảng, áp phích quảng cáo đều ở trong Phòng, ở những nơi khách hàng ít nhìn đến vì mặt bằng tương đối hẹp.
