Khi đó bên B phải giao lại cho bên A toàn bộ căn nhà và các trang thiết bị của căn nhà theo tình trạng ban đầu và bị phạt mất toàn bộ số tiền đặt cọc. Trường hợp này bên A chỉ phải báo trước cho bên B 03 ngày để bên B thu dọn tài sản, trả lại nhà.
