Các bên sẽ ký Biên bản bàn giao căn hộ để tham gia chương trình cho thuê khi bên cho thuê đã hoàn thành mọi nghĩa vụ tài chính với chủ đầu tư và đồng thời căn hộ đáp ứng điều kiện và ngày ký biên bản được coi là ngày bắt đầu, bên cho thuê sẽ được xem là giao căn hộ (có các điều kiện đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu) cho chủ đầu tư để đưa vào chương trình cho thuê.
