Quickly capture the current demand, many investors have begun to implement plans to invest in clean vegetable market. However, the problem must be solved is to find outlets for the product because these items have not been able to meet the current needs of the market. In 2009, based on the report of FVRI (The Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute), the demand for these products in HCMc clean vegetables and other cities are very high; however, due to fresh vegetables growing area accounts for 9% of total vegetable growing area in Vietnam, you can only meet about 21% of the demand of the national product (VietnamPlus, 2010). So, the rest can only use the product unsafe food hygiene, toxic chemicals and they will be dangerous to health. Hence, these factors are one of many factors that lead to insecurity for clients. Through this study, the goal was originally set to be analyzed, reviewed and found to be the main factor affecting the purchase of the product line fresh vegetables.
