Sau khi người được phân công hoàn thành việc lập phương án thực hiện hành động khắc phục hoặc phòng ngừa, đại diện lãnh đạo hoặc trưởng bộ phận có liên quan xem xét và phê duyệt vào báo cáo sự không phù hợp theo biểu mẫu BM/ISO-04-01.
Đại diện lãnh đạo hoặc trưởng bộ phận liên quan chỉ định nhân sự thực hiện hành động khắc phục / phòng ngừa, thời hạn hoàn thành, kết quả cần đạt và các bộ phận phối hợp nếu cần.
Thời hạn tối đa để khắc phục một sự không phù hợp là không quá 03 (ba) tháng.
Nếu đại diện lãnh đạo hoặc trưởng đơn vị đánh giá phương án thực hiện chưa phù hợp, các thành viên có liên quan có trách nhiệm chỉnh sửa hoàn thiện phương án. Nếu cần thiết, có thể yêu cầu tiến hành phân tích lại nguyên nhân của sự không phù hợp
