Đồng thời, Các Bên Bán cũng sẽ thu xếp để Công Ty tiến hành việc quyết toán thuế với Cơ quan Thuế có thẩm quyền tới thời điểm 31/12/2016 và cam kết sẽ bồi hoàn đầy đủ cho Bên Mua nếu có phát sinh tăng nghĩa vụ thuế của Công Ty theo Biên bản kết luận quyết toán thuế cho hết ngày 31/12/2015 và 31/12/2016 của Cơ quan Thuế.
