Khu phố The Grande (M5), chính thức bàn giao sản phẩm căn hộ từ ngày 20/06/2019, với đặc thù sản phẩm chính là căn hộ hoàn thiện cơ bản. Vào ngày 21/6/2019 chủ hộ A4.01 chính thức nhận bàn giao căn hộ và tiến hành xin phép thi công sửa chữa nhỏ nhưng không chịu lập hồ sơ thi công trang trí nội thất theo như qui định mặc dù đã được Ban QLTN tư vấn rất cặn kẽ. Tuy nhiên, vì trách nhiệm, nhiệm vụ và cũng để đảm bảo sự công bằng cho tất cả các căn hộ trong quá trình thực hiện công tác quản lý của mình, nên Ban QLTN vẫn tiếp tục kiên trì, hẹn gặp trực tiếp cũng như hỗ trợ cư dân trong phạm vi cho phép. Ghi nhận sự chân thành của Ban QLTN, ngày 29/7/2019 chủ hộ đã đồng ý nộp và thực hiện hồ sơ xin phép thi công trang trí nội thất bên trong căn hộ theo hướng dẫn và bản vẽ xin phép theo thiết kế của PMH đã gửi cho cư dân khi nhận bàn giao căn hộ. Vào ngày 01/8/2019 thì gia đình chủ hộ chính thức dọn vào ở bên trong căn hộ mặc dù việc thi công vẫn còn dang dở chưa hoàn thành. Công tác thi công trang trí nội thất vẫn được thực hiện tiếp tục với tần suất mỗi tháng chỉ thi công 1 đến 2 ngày và vật liệu sử dụng cũng rất giản đơn, cụ thể như sau:
