Nguồn điện: Trong GĐ đầu KCN XD chưa nhiều, Nguồn cấp điện tạm lấy từ tuyến trung thế 22kV hiện hữu Long Thành- Cẩm Mỹ – Xuân Lộc. Về sau XD thêm một trạm 110kV chuyên dùng cấp điện riêng cho các KCN. Dự kiến hạ trạm 110/22kV cấp cho KCN với CS 1x40MVA.
Trong khu vực có tất cả 8 trạm hạ thế 22/0,4kV với tổng công suất dự kiến là 600kVA
